The staff was great and kind and check in was early. It had a marvellous location very close to central Auckland at a reasonable price, coming- ASB Tennis Centre and Queen Street and buses.

It was characterful base for travelling to Auckland, I was glad to stay there. The rooms were good, with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven, extremely comfy bed.

The stay here was really lovely as good value. Its location was perfect, just off central Auckland at a reasonable price, Spark Arena, and centre of Auckland. Auckland Central Business district was worth visiting.

Our stay here was lovely, good base for exploring Auckland. Good-sized rooms and very helpful stuff - we greatly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was so close to public transport and a quiet area. It also was to centre of Auckland.

The staff were friendly and competent, doing great job. Our room was fully-equipped and the bed was very clean. Its perfectly comfortable, central location was a plus. Easily reached Shoya Japanese Cuisine, located at a medium distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. Appreciated our time here.
